Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 sausages
  • 1 cup baked beans
  • 2 slices of black pudding
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 white mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 slices of bread (for toasting)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Components: Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and sausages, cooking until browned and crispy. Remove and keep warm.
  • Cook the Black Pudding: In the same pan, fry the black pudding slices for about 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
  • Sauté the Vegetables: Add olive oil to the pan if needed. Fry the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes until softened and slightly caramelized.
  • Heat the Beans: Warm the baked beans in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Toast the Bread: Toast the bread slices to your desired level and butter generously.
  • Fry the Eggs: In a clean pan, fry the eggs sunny-side-up or over-easy, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble and Serve: Arrange all components on a large plate, ensuring a visually appealing presentation. Serve hot with a steaming cup of tea or coffee.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, replace bacon, sausages, and black pudding with plant-based alternatives.
