Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Take a spring roll wrapper and place a seasoned shrimp on one edge. Roll the wrapper tightly around the shrimp, sealing the edges with water.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat (about 350°F/175°C).
  • Fry the shrimp-wrapped bundles in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serving

  • Serve hot alongside your chosen dips.
