Preparation

  • Cream together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk in a large mixing bowl until smooth and well-combined.
  • Mix in the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Coat each ball in powdered sugar until completely covered.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
