  • 12 sticks Celery sticks Look for firm, crisp celery with vibrant green color for the best crunch.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Use full-fat for ultra-creamy texture. Low-fat can work too.
  • 1/2 cup Crispy bacon bits High-quality bacon recommended, or pre-packaged bacon bits in a pinch.
  • 1/4 cup Chives Fresh chives add color and mild flavor; substitute with dried if needed.

Preparation

  • Rinse your celery sticks under cool water. Pat them dry and cut them into desired lengths (3-4 inches is standard).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with crispy bacon bits, optional chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • Using a butter knife or piping bag, generously fill each celery stick with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Arrange the stuffed celery sticks on a platter. Serve cool and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For a fresh crunch, assemble just before serving. Customize fillings to your taste with jalapeƱos or diced red bell peppers.
