Preparation

  • Dissolve the Jello in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Add 2 cups of cold water and stir well.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes until it begins to thicken slightly.
  • Fold in the sliced strawberries, whipped topping, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows gently.
  • Transfer the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups.
  • Refrigerate until set for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure your whipped topping is thawed and use fresh, room temperature strawberries for optimal flavor. This salad keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
