Preparation

  • Heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or wok until it shimmers.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • Toss in the minced garlic and mixed vegetables, stirring for another 3-5 minutes until the veggies are vibrant yet crunchy.
  • Pour the stir fry sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes
