  • 1 teaspoon Honey Dijon Mustard Adds a touch of sweetness and complexity.
  • 4 slices Turkey Breast Deli slices or leftover turkey work wonderfully.
  • 1 slice Havarti Cheese Mild and creamy; substitute with provolone or Monterey Jack if desired.
  • 3 slices Pickles Use dill or sweet, based on acidity preference.
  • Pickled Red Onions For an added crunch and tang!

Preparation

  • Lay out a piece of parchment paper on your cutting board and layer the 4 Romaine leaves in the center slightly overlapping with stems facing you.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Sriracha. Spread a generous dollop on each lettuce leaf followed by Honey Dijon Mustard.
  • Add turkey breast slices in the center, then sprinkle with Havarti cheese, pickle slices, and a handful of pickled red onions.
  • Rotate the parchment paper 90 degrees, so the stems of the lettuce leaves are horizontal to you.
  • Gently roll the lettuce away from you, forming a tight wrap, and twist the ends of the parchment paper like a candy wrapper.
  • Use a large knife to cut the wrap in half to expose the fillings.
  • Enjoy by sliding or gently ripping down the parchment paper.
