  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies Make sure they’re finely crushed for better mixing.
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Opt for high-quality, smooth peanut butter.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Look for a gluten-free brand if needed.
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups Use mini or regular, chopped into smaller bits.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Semi-sweet chocolate works best, but others can be used.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies, creamy peanut butter, and powdered sugar until well mixed.
  • Gently fold in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups until evenly distributed.
  • Form the mixture into bite-sized balls (about one inch) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and shake off excess.
  • Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with crushed Oreo or sea salt if desired.
  • Refrigerate the bites for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Serving

  • Once set, serve the treats to family and friends.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to three months.
