Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup 2% milk (or your preferred milk alternative)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cold brew coffee

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  • Using a handheld milk frother or immersion blender, whip the mixture until it becomes frothy and slightly thickened (about 1-2 minutes).
  • Pour cold brew coffee into two glasses filled with ice, leaving space at the top for the foam.
  • Gently spoon the pumpkin cream cold foam over the cold brew.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the perfect taste of fall!
