Ingredients
  

For the Sliders

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian Rolls Use fresh, soft rolls for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Choose your favorite brand, or use homemade.
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded Freshly shredded for the best melt.
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Can substitute with other toppings as desired.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For brushing the tops for a crispy finish.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning You can substitute with a mix of oregano, basil, and thyme.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Spread pizza sauce over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  • Layer shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, followed by your chosen toppings.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls on and brush with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and slice into individual sliders.

Notes

For a crispy top, you can broil the sliders for an additional 1-2 minutes after baking. If storing leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
