Ingredients
  

For the Sliders

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian Rolls Preferably King’s Hawaiian rolls for the best taste.
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Choose a quality sauce like Rao’s or Prego.
  • 12 slices Sliced Provolone Cheese Mozzarella can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 cup Sliced Pepperoni Opt for thinner slices for better melt.

For the Glaze

  • 1/2 cup Butter Unsalted and at room temperature is ideal.
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar Adds sweetness to the glaze.
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano Fresh herbs recommended for maximum flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional but enhances flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves into a 9x13 baking dish.

Assembly

  • Spread pizza sauce generously over the roll base.
  • Layer provolone cheese followed by pepperoni.
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and stir in brown sugar, oregano, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the glaze evenly over the sliders.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls on top and brush with remaining glaze.

Baking

  • Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  • Let cool for a minute, then serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. They can be frozen for up to a month.
