  • ½ cup whole milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

Instructions
 

  • Add peeled and chopped peaches, heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to a blender.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
    Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
    Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
    Scoop and serve!

Notes
