Ingredients
  

  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • ΒΌ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip), plus extra for garnish
  • Chocolate syrup, extra Oreo crumbs, or mini Oreos for garnish Optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Crust:
    Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
    Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
    Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
    Make the Filling:
    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant chocolate pudding mix until thickened.
    Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until fully incorporated.
    Assemble the Pie:
    Pour the pudding mixture into the chilled Oreo crust.
    Spread evenly and smooth the top with a spatula.
    Chill and Garnish:
    Refrigerate the pie for at least 2-3 hours, or until set.
    Before serving, garnish with additional whipped topping, chocolate syrup, or Oreo crumbs.

  • For a richer flavor, use double-stuffed Oreos.
