  • Stir in the orzo and vegetable broth, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until the orzo is cooked, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and let flavors meld.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
