For the Filling

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella recommended) Feel free to mix with provolone, cheddar, or vegan options.
  • 1 cup Toppings Customize with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, etc.

For Shaping

  • 1 set Cookie Cutters Choose your favorite shapes.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the pizza dough packaging, usually around 425°F (220°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4-inch thickness and use your cookie cutters to cut out mini shapes.
  • Place the dough shapes in a greased muffin tin.

Assembly

  • Add a layer of pizza sauce to each mini crust, filling it about halfway up to leave room for toppings.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the sauce, and then add your favorite toppings.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before gently removing them from the muffin tin.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

To avoid soggy bottoms, pre-bake the dough for 3-5 minutes before adding sauce and toppings. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
