  • 4 oz ginger beer Go for a spicy brand like Fever-Tree or Bundaberg.
  • Ice Use crushed or cubed ice as preferred.
  • Garnish Slices of jalapeño and lime wedges.

Preparation

  • Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice until full.
  • Pour 2 oz of tequila blanco over the ice.
  • Squeeze in 1 tbsp of fresh lime juice.
  • Top off the mug with 4 oz of ginger beer.
  • Garnish with a slice of fresh jalapeño and a lime wedge.
