  • 2 cups chocolate chips Opt for high-quality semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips.
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk Go for Eagle Brand; it’s the gold standard.
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff You can try making your own homemade version!
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Always use pure vanilla extract for the best flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances sweetness and chocolate flavor.

Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate by combining 2 cups of chocolate chips and 1 can (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Pour half of the chocolate mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
  • Spoon dollops of 1 cup of marshmallow fluff over the first chocolate layer.
  • Pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top, covering marshmallow fluff.
  • Gently swirl the marshmallow fluff into the fudge using a knife or skewer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Cut into squares and serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Storage Instructions: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
