Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • repare the Mangoes: Peel and dice the mangoes into small, uniform cubes.
    Chop the Vegetables: Finely chop the tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeños. Adjust the amount of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
    Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, chopped vegetables, and lime juice. Add cilantro if desired.
    Season and Toss: Sprinkle with salt to taste and gently toss all ingredients until well combined.
    Rest and Serve: Let the salsa sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, grilled fish, or salads.
