Butter Mixture

  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Room temperature butter works best.
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh is a must for the best aroma.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Sea salt enhances the natural brininess of the lobster.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh-squeezed lemon juice adds brightness.

Garnish

  • Fresh Parsley or Dill Adds color and flavor.

Preparation

  • Start by placing your lobster tails on a cutting board. Using sharp kitchen scissors, cut down the top of each shell, stopping just before the end.
  • Place a small amount of butter under the meat inside the shell before cooking to enhance flavors.
  • Melt your room temperature butter over low heat until it is just liquid. Add in your minced garlic and simmer gently.

Cooking

  • Place your prepared lobster tails on a broiler pan or baking dish under your preheated broiler. Brush them generously with the garlic-butter mixture.
  • Broil for 6-8 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and just starting to brown, avoiding overcooking.

Finishing Touches

  • Once cooked, remove them from the oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and your chopped herbs.
