  • 2 cups fresh blueberries Make sure they’re ripe and sweet.
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional; adjust or omit based on sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional; use pure vanilla for best results.

Preparation

  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract (if using) until creamy and well-blended.
  • Gently fold in the fresh blueberries until fully coated.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cluster.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours or until the yogurt clusters are completely solid.
  • Once ready, enjoy as a refreshing treat!

Notes

Store the yogurt clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. They're great for meal prep and can be made with other fruits or dairy-free yogurt if needed.
