Ingredients
  

  • 9 lasagna noodles (cooked according to package instructions)
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Sauce:
    In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
    Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
    Gradually add milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until thickened.
    Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  • Layer the Lasagna:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
    Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the dish.
    Place three cooked lasagna noodles in a single layer.
    Add a layer of diced ham, shredded cheeses, and sauce.
    Repeat layers, ending with a generous topping of cheese.
  • Bake:
    Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
    Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Cool and Serve:
    Let the lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley if desired.
