- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 cup coconut water (or plain water)
- A handful of fresh mint leaves Optional

Prepare Ingredients: Wash all produce thoroughly. Peel and chop as needed.
