Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (or kale)
  • ½ cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 cup coconut water (or plain water)
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves Optional

Toppings

  • Sliced kiwi
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients: Wash all produce thoroughly. Peel and chop as needed.
  • Blend: Add spinach, cucumber, green apple, frozen banana, chia seeds, lemon juice, ginger, and coconut water to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust Consistency: Add more coconut water if needed to reach your desired thickness.
  • Serve: Pour into glasses or bowls and garnish with your favorite toppings.
  • Enjoy Immediately: Sip slowly and savor the refreshing flavors.
