Preparation

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut, sesame seeds, hemp hearts, ground ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Fold in the zest of your oranges, ensuring it's well distributed.
  • Pour the maple syrup over the dry mix and stir until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Spread the mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container.
