Preparation

  • Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough instructions (usually around 475°F).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the dough to your pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a little space around the edges.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese liberally over the sauce.
  • Add diced ham and pineapple chunks on top of the cheese.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and optional red pepper flakes.

Cooking
