- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond, oat, or soy)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp flavored syrup (hazelnut, caramel, or chocolate) Optional
In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk and milk.
Warm over low heat, stirring continuously until fully blended (do not boil).
