Prepare the Cups:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin, shaping them into cups.Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and let cool.
Make the Filling:In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth and creamy.Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Assemble the Cannoli Cups:Once the wonton cups have cooled, spoon or pipe the filling into each cup.Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with pistachios, orange zest, or cherries if desired.
Serve and Enjoy:Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
