Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pie crust in a pie pan and bake according to the package instructions—usually around 10-12 minutes—until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula.
  • Divide the filling evenly into separate bowls and add different food colorings.
  • Spoon the colored mixtures into the cooled pie crust, alternating the colors, and swirl with a knife or skewer.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Before serving, decorate with any Easter-themed decorations.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free cream cheese and coconut cream in place of whipped cream. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
