- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
