Ingredients
  

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.
    Transfer the mixture to a crockpot.
    Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  • Add extra cheese for a richer flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
