  • ½ tsp salt Kosher salt is recommended for even seasoning.
  • ½ tsp black pepper Freshly cracked pepper elevates the taste.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until the gnocchi are evenly coated.
  • Let the gnocchi sit for about 5 minutes to absorb the flavors before cooking.

Cooking

  • Add the seasoned gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single layer to allow for even cooking.
  • Cook at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through to achieve a golden brown on all sides.

Serving

Notes

Air fryer gnocchi are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can season the gnocchi a day ahead and keep it refrigerated until ready to cook.
