  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Use fresh cream; can substitute with coconut cream for dairy-free option.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Use real vanilla extract for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar Optional for achieving a fluffy texture.

Preparation

  • Combine Nutella and heavy cream in a mixing bowl.
  • Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar (if using). Mix on low speed until well incorporated.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Ensure heavy cream is cold for best whipping results. Can be made up to three days in advance.
