Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
    In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper.
    Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
    Thread the chicken onto the soaked skewers.
    Place skewers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
    Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through.
    Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.

  • Soak skewers in water to prevent burning.
