  • 6 pieces Celery sticks, cut into 3 to 4-inch pieces Choose firm, fresh celery for the perfect crunch.

For the Filling

  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese Opt for high-quality sharp cheddar for maximum flavor.
  • ½ cup Crumbled cooked bacon Use thick-cut bacon for optimal crispness.
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder A must for seasoning!
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder A must for seasoning!
  • to taste Salt and pepper Always taste and adjust.

Preparation

  • Wash the celery stalks thoroughly and slice them into 3 to 4-inch pieces, keeping them uniform for even filling.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  • Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to meld flavors.

Assembly

  • Fill each celery stick with the cheese and bacon mixture using a small spoon or piping bag.
  • Serve immediately on a nice platter.

Notes

Keep the filling in the fridge if preparing ahead of time, but fill the celery sticks just before serving for best texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
