Cheesecake Mixture

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Use high-quality vanilla
  • 3 large eggs Room temperature is key for smooth mixing

Toppings

  • 1 cup caramel sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Semi-sweet recommended

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, then pour it into a greased 9-inch springform pan.

Cheesecake Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.

Baking

  • Drizzle caramel sauce on top of the cream cheese layer and swirl it in.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  • Let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Watch the cheesecake closely towards the end of baking to avoid dryness. Reserve some caramel for drizzling before serving.
