fresh or frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

ripe banana
1
cup
unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

tbsp
honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

vanilla extract
A handful of ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Wash the fresh berries thoroughly. If using frozen berries, there's no need to thaw.
Peel the banana and cut it into chunks for easier blending.
Add the berries, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes for a chilled version.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a few whole berries or a sprig of mint for a touch of elegance.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt. Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra energy boost.
