Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A handful of ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash the fresh berries thoroughly. If using frozen berries, there's no need to thaw.
  • Peel the banana and cut it into chunks for easier blending.
  • Add the berries, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes for a chilled version.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a few whole berries or a sprig of mint for a touch of elegance.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt. Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra energy boost.
