  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs Such as parsley or thyme for garnishing.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Just a splash to brighten the flavors.

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; season chicken pieces generously.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil until shimmering.
  • Add chicken pieces in a single layer and sear for about 3-4 minutes without moving them.
  • Flip the chicken pieces and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.

Finishing Touches

  • Remove cooked chicken from the pan, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, and garnish with fresh herbs.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake at 400°F for 5-10 mins after searing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
