  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce Adjust heat level based on your preference.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Fresh lime juice is preferred.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Chop finely for better integration into sauce.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the sauce mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  • Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Check that the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Avoid overcooking—check for doneness around the 12-minute mark. Leftover sauce can be served as a dipping sauce for veggies.
