  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder drink)

Instructions
