  • Start by trimming the stem and root ends of each radish. Next, slice each radish in half. If they’re particularly large, consider quartering them to ensure even cooking.
  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) while you prepare the radishes. This preheating step is vital for achieving that perfect crispness.

Seasoning and Cooking

  • In a large bowl, combine the halved radishes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss until the radishes are well-coated.
  • Place the radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
  • Air fry for 15-18 minutes, giving the basket a gentle shake halfway through to promote even browning.

Serving
