For Cooking

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
  • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.

Cooking

  • Air fry the shrimp for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.

Assembly

  • Add the crispy shrimp to the tortillas, top with slaw mix, and drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
