Ingredients

  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (100g) brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour
  • cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Chocolate

  • ¾ cup (130g) semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Your Baking Dish:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients:
    In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
    Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until the mixture is pale and slightly thickened.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients:
    Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
    Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Add Chocolate:
    Stir in chocolate chips or chunks, ensuring they're evenly distributed.
  • Bake the Brownies:
